Dallas Area Paralegal Association's "Winter Wonderland" Luncheon Brightens Holiday Season for SPCA of Texas

DALLAS – Dec. 15, 2009 –The Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA) hosted its annual holiday luncheon on Friday, December 4, 2009 at one of Dallas’ premiere private establishments, Park City Club.  Nestled in the Highland Park/University Park communities, Park City Club (PCC) provided the perfect setting for DAPA’s 2009 “Winter Wonderland” event.  Access to this spectacular venue was provided courtesy of local probate attorney and PCC member, Mr. Cooper Blankenship.

Each year the holiday luncheon committee chooses a local charity to receive all proceeds from the event’s raffle sales.  This year’s beneficiary was The SPCA of Texas.  Nearly $3,000 was raised to help The SPCA of Texas provide exceptional care and loving homes for its animals.  DAPA was honored to support such a wonderful and deserving organization.

DAPA is a voluntary non-profit corporation composed of paralegals, students and vendors working in all areas of law who are interested in furthering their own professional development and dedicated to the advancement of the paralegal profession.
