Stefan Wikstrom — Chief Executive Officer

Kip Hauser

Stefan Wikstrom founded American Legal Copy (ALC) in 1996 with one employee and one copy machine. He has since built the company into the leading document management and eDiscovery firm in the Western U.S., providing innovative consultation-based solutions to clients locally and across the U.S. and internationally through its six locations.

With 17 years of experience in this industry, Wikstrom has assembled a team with a long tenure in both the legal services industry and TERIS through a very hands-on approach and vision for the growth of the company. Under his direction, TERIS has set the standards for quality and pioneered the transition from paper-based document management to digital technology-driven solutions. Under his leadership, TERIS has also achieved recognition as one of the Top 20 Electronic Discovery service providers in the prestigious 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey Report.

Prior to founding TERIS, Wikstrom was a service representative with NightRider/IKON Office Solutions where he was recognized as one of the top representatives nationwide. He received a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Washington State University.

 

Kip Hauser — Chief Operations Officer

Kip Hauser

Kip Hauser brings more than 16 years in the litigation services industry to his position as COO at TERIS. With expertise in identifying and streamlining operations and communications, he is currently responsible for the operational vision of TERIS, including identifying, hiring and training many of the company's key personnel. Hauser has been with TERIS since 1997 and was responsible for the company's growth into new markets with the opening of offices in San Diego, San Francisco and Palo Alto, increasing revenue from start-up to $11 million/year in these offices.

Previously, Hauser held sales positions with NightRider document services company, as well as Lanier Copy Machines, where he was named number one sales representative in the nation in his first six months with the company. While a regional sales manager for Kendall Healthcare, he took the northwest region from eighth in the nation to second in sales. Hauser has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and is active in youth soccer.

 

Peter vR Sternkopf — Chief Technology Officer

Peter vR Sternkopf

As CTO of TERIS, Peter vR Sternkopf has more than 18 years of experience in business vision and strategy, business development, marketing, analysis, people development, project management and delivering business value through innovation and technologies. He currently manages the IT, RDES, DESI and EPM teams, as well as oversees strategic initiatives, business partnerships, new products/services, sales training and marketing.


Prior to joining TERIS, Sternkopf was a senior consultant with MA&A Group, handling technical, financial and project management engagements for clients such as SunTrust Bank, YouDecide.com, Workstream and several east coast healthcare providers. Previously, he served in several positions with IKON Office Solutions, from associate managing partner to national operations manager to regional director of electronic solutions. Sternkopf received a bachelor's degree in Flight Technology from Central Washington University and a United States Air Force Officer commission as a pilot in the EuroNATO flight program. Peter has been a requested speaker at Partner conferences, CLE forums, Oregon Paralegal Association, law firms, corporate clients, and as a guest speaker on several panels.  He has also been a keynote speaker for the Heald College graduating class of 2002 for over 400 students.

 

Kevin Brooks — Executive Vice President, Northern California

Kevin Brooks

Kevin Brooks is responsible for TERIS’ Bay Area operations, overseeing the company’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. Kevin manages the facilities’ day to day functions, including recruiting, hiring and training top talent in sales and production and ensuring client satisfaction. Under his leadership, the Silicon Valley office has grown to become the highest revenue producer in the company’s history and has consistently been one of the top producing and profitable facilities.

Prior to TERIS/ALC, Brooks was an account Manager at Corporate Express, where he was recognized as the top representative bringing in the most new business in the northern California region. He received a bachelor's degree in Organization Communication with a minor in business from California State University, Chico.

Kevin is a member of the board of directors for Peninsula Boxing, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underprivileged or at risk youth as well as adult community members. It provides an after school amateur boxing program for youth as well as non contact recreational boxing fitness program for adults.

 

Patrick Conolly — Managing Partner, San Diego

Patrick Conolly

Patrick Conolly has more than 11 years of experience in sales and management in the document management and legal services industry, including nine years with TERIS. He has been instrumental in the opening and management of several TERIS locations, including his current position as managing partner in San Diego since 2004.

Previously, Conolly served as account manager and sales manager for TERIS in San Francisco, before opening the company’s Palo Alto location as its managing partner. Before TERIS, Conolly was an account manager with IKON Office Solutions in San Diego. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

 

John Hartman — Managing Partner, Austin

John Hartman

John Hartman specializes in business development, management and sales of advanced eDiscovery and forensic technologies in his position as managing partner of TERIS in Austin, Texas. He brings 17 years of experience in the litigation support industry to the company, including 12 years as a general manager, partner or owner.

As owner of Digital Discovery Solutions, Hartman has embraced the use of digital services in the litigation support industry and successfully managed many large and complex eDiscovery matters. His background in the industry includes partner at XCEL Document Solutions, general manager at RLS Legal Solutions and senior managing partner at IKON Document Solutions. Hartman is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

 

Todd Krivoshein — Managing Partner, Seattle

Todd Krivoshein

As managing partner of TERIS' Seattle office for 12 years, Todd Krivoshein has guided the company to serve many of the most recognized names in the legal industry in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Under his leadership, the office became the company's flagship for transitioning from paper to an electronically-based service provider, while making three consecutive appearances on the Puget Sound Business Journal's list of the top 100 fastest growing private companies in Washington state.

Krivoshein brings more than 16 years of sales, consulting and general management experience to TERIS, where he oversees day-to-day operations. Previously, he was focused on client relations, sales and customer service in the document services industry with NightRider/IKON Office Solutions, where he worked as a sales representative and account manager responsible for running a satellite office. He earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from Eastern Washington University.

 

Richard Saldivar — Managing Partner, Phoenix

Richard Saldivar

Richard Saldivar has 17 years of substantial experience in litigation and business consulting, with a unique combination of experience and education in both the technology and business disciplines. He has led large, multi-disciplinary teams within the electronic discovery services area and has experience in a broad spectrum of industries including high technology, professional services, entrepreneurial business and manufacturing.

Previously, Saldivar was president of RLS Legal Solutions L.L.C. in Houston, Texas, primarily focused on litigation support. His background includes many years of management and cost containment experience, beginning with key management roles at United Parcel Service and IKON Office Solutions. During his tenure with UPS, he set many management and cost containment records and had the highest sales growth and volume growth in the company by bringing unique solutions to clients that included Dell Computer, GolfSmith and others. At IKON, he set numerous records for revenue growth, operating income and collection/cash flow while improving employee morale and productivity.

 

Jason Marandas — General Manager, San Francisco

Jason Marandas

Jason Marandas is General Manager for TERIS San Francisco. Marandas has more than 12 years sales experience working with leading companies such as WebEx/Cisco, eUniversity and Corporate Express. He rejoined TERIS in 2009, having previously served as Sales Manager in 2002. In between his TERIS stints, Marandas set sales records, developed and helped close record deals and had the highest quarter ending bookings among a group of 17 sales professionals. He also successfully grew a sales team in the United Kingdom from five sales representatives to sixteen representatives, across London and Amsterdam offices while respectively increasing bookings quarter after quarter.

Marandas rejoined TERIS after spending more than three years as Sales Manager for the United Kingdom SMB Division for WebEx/Cisco. He also served as a sales representative for the company, where he won Rookie of the Quarter and Presidents Club honors. Prior to WebEx/Cisco, Marandas worked in the sales group for eUniversity, where he set company sales records. He also worked as Sales Manager for Corporate Express for five years.

Marandas received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Finance from Santa Clara University.

 

Mark S. Neace — Managing Partner, Chicago

Jason Marandas

As a proven motivator and mentor, Neace brings to the TERIS team over 12 years of extensive experience in data management, litigation, eDiscovery rules, processing, web hosting, early case assessment tools, coding, review and production. He is also an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of building business, while maintaining and growing existing relationships - a talent that is particularly well-suited for the dynamic and growing Chicago office.

Prior to joining TERIS, Mark was a senior Sales Manager and Consultant with a Chicago-area litigation support company. His duties included: handling all sales department decision-making, distributing territories, recruiting key personnel, and overseeing operations P&L.

 

Mark Edwards — Vice President, Central Region; General Manager, Dallas

Jason Marandas

Edwards has more than 15 years' experience in sales and management, and has managed companies at various stages of growth - from inception through acquisition. His previous start-up, LoopOne, was acquired by Neopost, a public company headquartered in Paris, France and the world's second largest manufacture of mailing and logistics systems. Edwards remained with the newly merged company as its Vice President of Sales. At Neopost - LoopOne, Edwards was responsible for securing the largest transaction in the company's history. He was also responsible for the rapid revenue growth across the United States and Europe, establishing long-term relationships with global firms such as Royal Mail, Verizon and Cisco Systems, Inc.

Edwards joined TERIS in 2006, and has since been promoted from Sales Executive to General Manager to Managing Partner. He has gained a reputation and received accolades for hiring a team of high quality professionals and building efficient, transparent operational processes. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Terra Buckley — Partner | National Accounts

Terra Buckley has worked in the electronic discovery (eDiscovery) and legal technology industry for more than 10 years, during which time she has gained a strong reputation for her development and implementation of cost- and time-saving litigation technology initiatives for Fortune 100 corporate legal departments and Am Law 200 law firms.

Buckley joined TERIS in September, 2009 as National Accounts Director. She previously held Sales Director and leadership roles with some of the nation's leading litigation support service providers, where she developed and expanded digital litigation support services to existing and potential national accounts. Buckley is certified with several industry-leading hosted and ESI solutions and has completed numerous top-level core management business courses.

Terra is a member of ARMA, HALSM, Women in eDiscovery, HMPA, and ALSP litigation support organizations. She received her bachelor's degree – from the University of Washington.
